These members of the New York Army National Guard have recently been promoted:

— Robert Rhodes from West Sand Lake, serving with the 27th Infantry Company Combat Team, is promoted to the rank of Private First Class;

— Jose Rodriguez from Schenectady, serving with the Company C, 2-108th Infantry, is promoted to the rank of Private First Class; and

— James Mcgill from Westerlo, serving with the Intelligence and Sustainment Company, 42nd Infantry Division is promoted to the rank of Private.

Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
