Bajouwa earns CBR designation

Debra Bajouwa, working from the Delmar and Guilderland offices of Weichert, Realtors – Northeast Group, has earned the Certified Buyer Representative designation; fewer than 1 percent of real-estate agents hold the nationally recognized designation.

The designation was presented on May 15 at the Greater Capital Association of Realtors Inc.

CBR training covers laws, best practices, responsibilities, and ethics.

Realtors designated as CBR are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and comply with the NAR Code of Ethics.

A resident of Berne, Bajouwa has also begun a five-year term as a planning board member for the town of Berne.

Bajouwa and her husband, Haytham Bajouwa, work together using the slogan “spouses selling houses.”
