Mr. Walter Rockenstire is a Vietnam Combat Veteran. He served with the 192nd Assault Helicopter Company at Phan Thiet and Phan Rang Vietnam in 1970. Now retired after a career as a Primary Nurse Practitioner,  Mr. Rockenstire has made a thorough study of the many effects  (some multigenerational) from the tactical herbicides and other contaminants, as well as other traumatic injuries suffered by those who served.
