Albany Law School’s Elder Law Pro Bono Project will discuss legal resources important to senior citizens, family members of seniors, caregivers, and elder care professionals.  Topics range from Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Wills, and Estates to Telemarketers and Grandparents’ Rights.  Project members are Albany Law School students and are not lawyers and cannot give legal advice regarding particular situations; however, members are trained to answer general questions.
