Mabee Farm to Fork on Saturday, Sept. 22, at  5:00 pm at the Mabee Farm. Join us for a pastoral evening in the Barn at Mabee Farm, as we celebrate the farm-to-table tradition with our friends at the Electric City Food Co-op. Our four-course meal features locally-grown foods served alongside craft beverages, live acoustic music, great prizes, and farm demonstrations. Our farm-to-table feast starts with watermelon gazpacho shooters and mushroom pâté on crostini, and features Mabee rye bread alongside chicken ballotine and vegetable Ballotine (vegan, GF) with cauliflower purée.
