Celebrate the Guilderland Chamber's 45th Anniversary. 5 to 9 p.m. at the Appel Inn, Altamont. Small business awards, town beautification awards, wine and gift card pull.  Tickets to the event are $75 per person and include cocktail hour and dinner.
