Literacy New York Greater Capital Region is looking for volunteer tutors to teach Basic Literacy or English language skills to adults!  Prospective volunteers should plan to attend both the Volunteer Orientation and Post-Training sessions.  The Volunteer Orientation will give you a brief overview of our organization and the programs we offer and introduce you to our online training program.  We will meet again in the Post-Training session once you have completed your online training.  In this session, we will review the material from the online training and prepare you for meeting with your learner.
