Mindfulness for Adults: A Four-Part Series

This program runs on Tuesdays, May 16, 23, 30, and June 6 @ 6:30 – 8 pm  Jennifer Mandato, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, returns to present another four-part guided mindfulness meditation practice, which includes gentle yoga. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an (optional) meditation cushion and wear comfortable clothing. Please plan to attend all four sessions. Please register at 456-2400 ext 2.
