Meet Community Caregivers! 

Community Caregivers and the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York join forces to present this important series. 

Between 6:00-8:00 pm, meet representatives of this local, non-profit volunteer organization who's mission is "Neighbors Helping Neighbors." Join us for a short presentation about the group's mission and an overview of the group's newest initiative to help older adults communicate with their doctors and take charge of health care information.
