NEW SCOTLAND — The Albany Therapeutic Riding Center, which helps people with disabilities through horseback riding, is seeking more volunteers.
Martin, a native of Saratoga, began his musical studies with his performance work on double bass at Schenectady County Community College’s School of Music while in his senior year of high school in Ballston Spa.
