GUILDERLAND — Big plays determined the outcome in Friday night’s football contest, and Columbia happened to have one more than Guilderland.

But, in order to compete with the top teams in the Colonial Council, the Lady Blackbirds will have to play a lot better.





GUILDERLAND — The final score might not have been an indication, but the Guilderland football team took some small steps in Friday’s game against Troy.



GUILDERLAND — It was an offensive explosion.

The Guilderland girls’ soccer team scored seven goals to roll past Amsterdam, 7-0, in a non-league soccer game on Monday at Don Snyder Field.
