To the Editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the residents of Berne for their support over these last eight years as town clerk. My time as town clerk has been truly enjoyable and the opportunity to get to know so many of the residents has been one of my greatest pleasures.

I have every confidence that your newly elected town clerk, Kristin (Francis) De Oliveira, will serve the residents to the best of her ability and will also enjoy getting to know everyone.  

I will always be available to you as your councilmember and look forward to continuing the relationships we have established over the years. As of Jan. 1, 2022, my new cell phone number will be 518-417-9785 and my email will be . Please reach out with any matters that I can assist you with.

Again, thank you all for your support as town clerk and now as your councilmember. I look forward to this new opportunity.
