NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Berne invites sealed
bids for the HAYING OF SWITZKILL FARM.
Bids shall be received until 10:00AM January 9 th ,2023 at which time said bids will be
opened and read at the Town Hall, Berne, New York.
Bids shall be in sealed envelopes which shall bear the face thereof, the name and
address of the bidder and the subject of the bid. In cases where two or more bidders
submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board may award the contract to either of
such bidders. Such bids shall have attached a non-collusive bidding certificate and
should be submitted to the Town Clerk,
P.O. Box 57, Berne, NY 12023.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time.

RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL
AND WARRANT
TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned, Town Clerk and Tax Collector of the Town of Westerlo, County of Albany, State of New York have duly received the tax roll and warrant dated 12/30/2022 for the collection of taxes within the Town of Westerlo for the year 2023 and that I will receive taxes as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM and Thursday from 2 PM until 7 PM at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall), 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY 12193. Payments will also be accepted at the Bank of Greene County Greenville and Westerlo branches only during regular business hours or online at https:/egov.basgov.com/westerlo/.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid before February 1, 2023 without charge of interest. On taxes remaining unpaid after January 31, 2023, there will be added one percent (1%) interest for the month of February and two percent (2%) interest added for the month of March. The last possible date to pay at the Tax Collector’s office is Friday, March 31, 2023 from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Westerlo will be returned to the Albany County Treasurer after the 1 st day of April, 2023.

TOWN OF GUILDERLAND  
NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the tax roll and warrant of the County Legislature of Albany will be/was delivered to  the undersigned Receiver of Taxes and Assessments of the Town of Guilderland by December 30, 2022.  
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Receiver of Taxes and Assessments will attend for at least thirty days  from December 30, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM of each weekday, Monday through Friday, at the Town Hall  of the Town of Guilderland, 5209 Western Turnpike, for the purpose of receiving taxes assessed under such roll.  Town Hall will be open additional hours on Wednesdays (January only) until 6:00 PM for after-hours tax collection.  No Cash will be received on Wednesdays after 4:30 PM.  
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2023 without charge or interest. On all such  taxes remaining unpaid as of February 1, 2023, a 1.0% penalty will be added for the period of February 1, 2023 to  February 28, 2023. On all such taxes remaining unpaid as of March 1, 2023, a 2.0% penalty will be added for the  period of March 1, 2023 until March 31, 2023.  
THEREAFTER the Receiver will return to the Albany County Director of Finance all unpaid taxes pursuant to law,  and in accordance with the provisions of § 924 of the Real Property Tax Law.

NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL & WARRANT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned Town Clerk and Tax Collector of the Town of Rensselaerville, Albany County, State of New York, have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Rensselaerville for the year 2023 and that I will receive taxes as follows at the Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12120: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (9am – 3:30pm) and Friday (9am – 12pm). 
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid before February 1, 2023 without penalty.  Taxes paid from February 1, 2023 through February 28, 2023 will be assessed a 1% penalty. A 2% penalty will be assessed for payments made from March 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023.  The last day to pay taxes at this office will be March 31, 2023.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law, the tax roll of the Town of Rensselaerville will be turned over to the Albany County Department of Finance on April 1, 2023.  Thereafter, the penalty will be 5% plus interest.
