Awards and achievements

— John Treadgold of Slingerlands was awarded a $4,000 Academic Distinction Scholarship from Alfred State. Treadgold is slated to graduate in 2017 from Bethlehem Central High School and intends to enroll in Alfred’s construction management program for a bachelor of science degree; and

— Jason Rose of Delmar was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Berry College in Georgia.
 

Grad

Kristen Parsons of Delmar in August graduated with a master of science degree in criminal justice from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island.
