Scouts collect over 3K pounds of products for pantry

To the Editor:

The New Scotland Community Food Pantry is extremely grateful to Cub Scout Pack 73 and Boy Scout Troop 73 for their amazing collection of donations to the pantry. 

They collected over 3,000 pounds of products for our pantry. What a fantastic gift!

It seems that each year their collections top the previous year. They are truly a community service organization.

In addition to the Scouts’ efforts of collecting door-to-door, the members of the Voorheesville community are also very generous to the needs of fellow residents. 

It is truly a blessing to be a part of such a caring community. Thank you, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts!
