Public Notice of Annual Fire Inspections 
The Voorheesville Central School District has passed its annual fire inspection and submitted a fire inspection report to the NYS Education Department. The fire inspections were completed at all school buildings on September 23, 2024 
Notice is hereby given that the annual inspection for 2024-2025 of the Voorheesville Central School District for fire hazards that might endanger the lives of students, teachers, and employees therein, has been completed. The report thereof is available for inspection in the Director of Facilities office located at Clayton A. Bouton High School 432 New Salem Rd, Voorheesville, NY 12186 for inspection by all interested persons. Legal Notice 
Pursuant to section 300.624 (b) of 34 CFR of the Federal Regulations 20, the Voorheesville Central School District is destroying all records of students who received special education services with birth dates of 1996. Students with birth dates in 1996 who wish to obtain their records from the Voorheesville CSD must contact Jennie Augar prior to December 30, 2024 at the District Office – (518)765-3313, ext. 1103. Records not claimed by this date will be removed and destroyed in compliance with The Records Retention and Disposition Schedule LGS-1 of the State Education Department.
