Ethan McDonald, a business economics major from Guilderland, was a member of the 2017 men’s cross-country team this past fall for the State University of New York College at Oneonta.

The team competed in eight meets this fall and finished in second place at the State University of New York Athletic Conference Championships and 11th at the National Collegiate Athletic Association Atlantic Region Championships.

McDonald competed in seven meets this fall and posted a best 8K time of 25:30.7 at the 37th annual Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational. He finished tenth at the SUNYAC championships and earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

SUNY Oneonta is a member of NCAA Division III and competes in the SUNYAC Conference.
