Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-73 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:

A Public Hearing for Variance Application # 540

Variance Application # 540: Application Submitted by Joanne Crum requesting relief from Article XIII, Section 190-99 (B) of the Town of New Scotland’s Zoning Law that states each buildable lot shall have no less than fifty foot of fee frontage on a public road. The parcel is owned by Edward and Sara Scheid, is located within the “RA” district at 81 Swift road, and is identified as New Scotland Tax parcel id #72.-3-15. Applicant is requesting 8 feet of relief to allow for an existing parcel to have 42 feet of fee frontage and will apply for a lot line adjustment if this application for relief is granted to adjust the lot lines.

Said hearing will take place on December 17, 2019 at the New Scotland Town Hall 7:00 P.M.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, the Town of Westerlo Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on proposed Local Law No. 5 of 2019 a Local Law establishing a Local Government Code Enforcement Program on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Richard H. Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY.  The local law provides for the administration and enforcement of the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (the Uniform Code) and the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (the Energy Code) in the Town of Westerlo, New York.  The local law is to be adopted pursuant to section 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law except as otherwise provided in the Uniform Code, other state law, or other sections of this local law, all buildings, structure, and premises, regardless of use of occupancy, are subject to the provisions of this local law.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on December 19, 2019 at 7:45pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY on a Minor Sub-Division for Charles Lindsay at 31 Dapice Lane, Preston Hollow, NY; Tax Map No. 159.-1-40. The Applicant wishes to sell 6.5 acres with the house and retain the remaining 26.4 acres of the current 32.9 acre lot.

All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the public hearing.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.

Documents in support of this proposed sub-division are available for inspection at the Rensselaerville Town Hall.

Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board or at such hearing.
