PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville has introduced proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2020, entitled “Solar Energy Law”.

The Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed law on December 15, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Town of Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY, at which time and place all those wishing to comment will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office or at such hearing.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Knox Fire District will take place on December 8, 2020 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Knox Firehouse Station #1 located at 2198 Route 156, Knox New York for the purpose of voting on a Fire District Commissioner for a term of five years beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2025. Those who are eligible to vote in this election are qualified voters and have resided in the Fire District for thirty (30) days next preceding this election.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing as part of its regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Wednesday, 12/09/2020 at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Offices, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY regarding a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision Application at 6575 Dunnsville Road, Altamont, NY submitted by Justin Mullen. Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Orders the meeting will be held electronically via conference call instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.
