Albany Medical College’s Department of Neuroscience and Experimental Therapeutics will host the fifth annual Albany Regional Brain Bee on Saturday, Feb. 29, at Albany Medical College.

Students ages 13 to 19 with an interest in neuroscience will have the opportunity to meet other local students and researchers in the field, and will be tested on their knowledge and understanding of the brain, neuroanatomy, and neurohistology.

The 2020 Albany Regional Brain Bee winner will receive entry, travel, and accommodations to the National Brain Bee competition; a cash prize; and the opportunity to obtain a summer internship position at Albany Medical College.

The deadline to register is Wednesday, Jan. 22.
