David J. Spiak

David “Dave” Spiak, a generous man with a deep love for his family, died on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024. He was 66.

“I will miss our morning coffee talks, our boating adventures, our traveling to new places and simply holding his hand,” his wife wrote in a tribute. “He was and will always be the love of my life. I find comfort knowing that he is now at peace, and with ‘Bud.’ I will cherish the memories we made together for the rest of my life.

“While his physical presence may be gone, the legacy he leaves behind will live on in our hearts forever. His spirit of generosity and his deep love for our family will continue. He was the best father and ‘Pop’ to our children and grandchildren, always there to cheer them on and guide them with love.

“I had the opportunity and privilege of being the wife to this wonderful, loving and kind man for over 40 years. His life taught me unconditional love and his death taught me kindness. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to share his dreams, hopes, love, friendship, and much more.

“He will always be in my heart and the love I have for him will never ever die.”
