Hanlon earns Academic All American honors

The Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences men’s soccer team earned a bid to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association National Tournament in Asheville, North Carolina for the first time in school history.

Jack Hanlon, a 2014 graduate of Guilderland High School, earned USCAA Honorable Mention to the All American Men’s team and earned Academic All American Honors, which is presented to student athletes that have a 3.5 cumulative grade-point average or higher for two consecutive years.

He also made the All Conference team for the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in recognition for outstanding play this season. Hanlon had the winning goal in the ACPHS game against the State University of New York at Delhi, led the team in assists, and had six goals. He is a sophomore in the pre-med program at ACPHS.
