MCKOWNVILLE FIRE DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the McKownville Fire District will be held at the McKownville Fire House, 1250 Western Avenue, (County of Albany), New York on the 12 th day of December, 2017 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m for the purpose of electing one Fire Commissioner for a term of five (5) years ending December 31, 2022. Candidates for District Office shall file their names with the Secretary of the Fire District no later than November 22, 2017. All residents of the McKownville Fire District who are duly registered to vote with the Albany County Board of Elections on or before November 20, 2017 shall be entitled to vote at

this election.

TAKE NOTICE that, the undersigned will apply to the Supreme Court, Albany County, at a Special Term thereof appointed to be held in and for the County of Albany,m at the Albany County Court House at 16 Eagle Street in the City of Albany, New York, 12207, on December 21, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. in the forenoon or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard upon the petition of Family Worship Center, Inc., by all of the Trustees of Family Worship Center, Inc. duly verified August 14, 2017, to be then presented to said Court, for an order for the sale, dissolution and distribution of proceeds of sale of Family Worship Center, Inc., pursuant to Section 18 of the Religious Corporations Law, and for such other or different relief as to the Court shall seem just and proper.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Avenue, until 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 30, 2017. Envelopes shall be marked truck bid. All bidders will be required to sign a non-collusion form, which will be available at the Village Hall. All bids will be opened by the Village Clerk at 10:00 AM and reviewed by the Village Board at the next Village Board Meeting.
