Holiday bazaar features local handcrafted gifts

It’s that time of year again: Time for the Emma Treadwell Nature Center Holiday Bazaar!

On Dec. 4 and 5, visit us at the nature center for unique handcrafted gifts from local artisans, including pine-needle basketry, blown glass, woolen puppets and toys, jewelry, artisan soaps, wildlife photography, woodwork and more!

The program includes live fiddle music, a bonfire, and hot chocolate for all. Visit both the Nature Center Holiday Bazaar and the Thacher State Park Visitor Center’s Open House on Saturday to receive a free surprise! 

The holiday bazaar runs on Saturday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 87 Nature Center Way. Call 518-872-0800 for more information.
