To the Editor:

Picture your photo as an entry in the 10th Annual Berne Library Photography Exhibit! There are four categories for this year’s exhibit:

— Funny Animals;

— Sports;

— My Favorite Photo; and

— Our Natural World.

You may enter one photograph per category. Photos must be 8 by 10 inches on an 11-by-14-inch mat.  Framed photographs will not be accepted. Mats are available at the Berne Library.

There are two divisions for entrants: Junior (18 years of age and under) and Adult (over 18 years of age). There is a $5 entry fee per photo for the Adult division and no fee for entries in the Junior division.

Photos will be accepted at the Berne Public Library from Jan. 2 through 31 and will be exhibited through the month of February in the Library Community Room.

Photos will be judged by professional photographers and the public is invited to vote for their favorite photo in each division.

Winners will be announced at a reception in February and gift certificates will be awarded to the top winners. Entry forms are available online at https://www.bernepubliclibrary.org/ and at the circulation desk at the Berne Public Library.

Get focused and snap to it! Enter your best shots! Then visit the Berne Public Library in the month of February to view the exhibit and vote for your Popular Choice winner.

This photo contest is sponsored by the Friends of the Berne Library.
