Plaintiff designates Albany County as the place of trial. Venue is based upon the County in which the mortgaged premises is located. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:10 PM, to discuss the increase in the in the budget for the Upgrade to the Wastewater Treatment Plant from $225,000 to $395,000 due to the increase in the Project’s required scope and cost escalation, and will fund this increase with money from the Sewer Fund Reserve.
The hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave, Voorheesville, NY. This is an open meeting, and the public is invited to attend. Copies of the Resolution to increase the budget are available on the Village website and at the Clerk’s office.
