NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON THE PRELIMINARY BUDGET OF

THE TOWN OF NEW SCOTLAND

FOR THE YEAR 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of New Scotland for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2018, including general town funds, highway/public works funds, fire protection district funds, and special district funds, has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of New Scotland, at New Scotland Town Hall, 2029 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested persons during office hours.

The Town Board of the Town of New Scotland shall hold a public hearing on said Preliminary Budget on November 8, 2017 at 6:45 pm at Town of New Scotland, 2029 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands, NY showing such changes, alterations and revisions as have been made therein by the Town Board to the Tentative Budget. At such hearing, any person may be heard in favor of or against the Preliminary Budget as compiled or for or against any item or items therein contained.

The following are the proposed salaries of certain town officers of the Town of New Scotland:

The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.

LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Westerlo Town Board will meet on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 7 PM at the Westerlo Town Hall 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY for the purpose of changing the 2018 Town of Westerlo Tentative Budget to the 2018 Preliminary Budget. A copy of the 2018 Preliminary Budget will be available for review at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours and on the Town of Westerlo’s website www.townofwesterony.com. Public Hearings will follow on the same date for proposed 2018 Town of Westerlo Preliminary Budget and the 2018 proposed budget for the Town of Westerlo Volunteer Fire Co. in the amount of $230,863.00 and the Westerlo Rescue Squad in the amount of $100,000.00.
