BERNE — Whilma H. Willsey died at home on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016.

Calling hours will be at Fredendall Funeral Home at 199 Main St. in Altamont on Saturday on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 3 to 7 p.m. with a service on Sunday, Nov. 13, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
