PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing on an application from JC Pops Industrial Park, LLC (1 Countryside Lane) for a Site Plan Review/ Special Use Permit for the construction of a Fourth Building and a Recreational Vehicle Storage Area. The hearing will be held at the Voorheesville Village Hall at 29 Voorheesville Avenue on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 7 PM.

Public Hearing/ Legal Notice
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Westerlo Planning/Zoning Board will be holding two (2) Public Hearings on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 7PM. The first Public Hearing is for V-24-7 Arvidson.  Applicant is seeking relief of 35 feet from the required 50-foot side yard setback in the RD/A Zone as per Zoning Section 8.40a. Located at SBL# 174.-3-15 at 575 Maple Ave Ext. The second Public Hearing is for SD-24-2 Pelow/Hamilton.  Applicant is seeking to create two (2) lots. Original parcel size is 25.95.  The applicant would like to keep 20.35 acres and give 5.60 acres to his son.  SBL# 129.-1-29.3 is located at 167 Dunbar Hollow Rd. The hearing will be at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 CR 401 Westerlo.
