To the Editor:

With all the turmoil going on in the national news, we need only to look right here in the town of Guilderland for some folks who are getting the job done!

I’m talking about our current team of Barber, Slavick, Pastore, Cataldo, and Buchanan.

This is an administration that has soundly managed our finances, brokered in smart and responsible growth, rejuvenated our parks and recreation areas, had no tax increase, expanded senior services, and maintained a quality of life seen nowhere else in upstate New York, bar none.

All of this has been achieved in a calm, steady-as-we-go atmosphere. It doesn’t matter what comes over the bow of the ship; this team knows what it’s doing and knows where it’s going.

There is a plan and these folks intend to execute it, all for the betterment of the Guilderland community at large.

I urge all my neighbors to vote this Nov. 7 for the Barber, Slavick, Pastore, Cataldo, and buchanan team! Vote! See you on Election Day!
