The southern embankment of the north reservoir will be excavated and regraded (approximately 9,200 SF) to provide a 20 ft base-width breach. Water released will be conveyed through an existing storm drainage and culvert to unnamed tributary of the Vloman Kill. Availability of Application Documents: Filed application documents, and Department draft permits where applicable, are available for inspection during normal business hours at the address of the contact person. To ensure timely service at the time of inspection, it is recommended that an appointment be made with the contact person. State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed. SEQR Lead Agency None Designated State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination Cultural resource lists and maps have been checked. The proposed activity is not in an area of identified archaeological sensitivity and no known registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified or documented for the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Westerlo, for the fiscal year beginning Jan. 1, 2020 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk in said Town, where it is available for inspection by any person during normal business hours.

PLEASE TAKE FURTER NOTICE that the Town of Westerlo Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the 2020 Preliminary Budget for the Town of Westerlo and the 2020 Town of Westerlo Volunteer Fire Co. Request for Proposals

Community Solar Project

The Town of Rensselaerville is requesting proposals for a subscription to a community solar project for service in relation to the Town’s existing utility account with Central Hudson Gas & Electric.  Proposal requirements for the subscription include (a) an allocation of approximately 100kW; and (b) the Town’s right to terminate on no more than ninety (90) days’ notice.

All proposals must include a complete proposed contract.  Proposals are to be addressed to Victoria Kraker, Town Clerk, Town of Rensselaerville, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12120 and received no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 12, 2019.  Please direct any questions regarding this request to Supervisor John Dolce at .
