NOTICE OF HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET    
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Rensselaerville, County of Albany, State of New York, for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2022 has been completed and is on file in the office of the Town Clerk at 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12120 where it is available for inspection by any interested persons during normal business hours and at www.rensselaerville.com
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget.
Pursuant to §108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
    Supervisor            $18,000
    Councilpersons (4)        $4,200 (each)
    Highway Superintendent        $56,100
    Town Clerk            $39,000
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on the following Special Districts within the Town of Rensselaerville.  The budget amounts for these Districts showing the actual budget amount for 2021 and the proposed budget for the 2022 Fiscal Year as follows:
Preston Hollow Lighting District – from $3,900 to $4,500
Rensselaerville Lighting District – from $4,200 to $4,900
Rensselaerville Hydrant District –$3,000 No Change
Rensselaerville Water District – from $44,094 to $43,856.65
Rensselaerville Sewer District – from $46,581 to $47,077.00
Rensselaerville Volunteer Fire Company – $61,020 No Change
Medusa Volunteer Fire Company – $64,007 No Change
Tri-Village Volunteer Fire Company – $62,000 No Change
Said Public Hearing will be held at the Town of Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12120 on October 28, 2021 at 6:30 pm at which time and place all those wishing to comment will have the opportunity to be heard.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF  THE 2022 PRELIMINARY BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022, has been completed and filed on the Office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Guilderland will meet and review said 2022Preliminary Budget and hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom for public comment regarding the 2022 Preliminary Budget at 7:00 pm on the 4th day of November, 2021, and that at such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained.
