We need an an upstate voice in Albany

To the Editor:

It’s clear that Michelle Hinchey has received the Capital Region support for the 46th Senate seat. Albany County Sheriff Craig D. Apple, Albany County Executive Dan McCoy, Mayor Kathy Sheehan, and Assemblywoman Patricia Fahy have all pledged their support to the Hinchey campaign

These partnerships will be crucial to helping rebuild our economy, and ensure that we are bringing jobs down to Ulster County, and not just to the Capital Region.

It’s clear that Michelle is working to build partnerships that will be crucial to bolstering the economy of the 46th Senate District, and I hope that my fellow voters understand the importance of these partnerships in making progress in the Capitol Region a reality.

I trust Michelle Hinchey to be an upstate voice in Albany, to fight for better jobs, to protect our unions, and to help our local public schools in the region.
