To the Editor:
Long ago, Abe Lincoln said, “The ballot is stronger than the bullet.”

Elections are determined by the people who show up. I urge Berne voters to show up on Nov. 8, 2022 and join me in casting your ballot for Albert Thiem for the Berne Town Board.

As a frequent attendee at our town meetings, I have observed firsthand that Al possesses integrity, skills, and a strong commitment to our community. He is a sincere leader who does not hesitate to roll up his sleeves and work for all our residents regardless of political affiliation.

Al is new to the ins and outs of politics and at each meeting speaks out more strongly on our behalf. 

Over the last year, I have had the good fortune to get to know Al on a personal level. He is a trustworthy, intelligent individual who is always there to lend someone a hand. Show up and vote for Albert Thiem!

You can count on him to listen to your concerns and to do the right thing.
