Ben and Michele Lomaestro of Albany are happy to announce the engagement of their son Matthew James Lomaestro to Melissa Lynn Chafee, daughter of Charles and Annette Chafee of New Hartford, New York.

Mr. Lomaestro is a graduate of Guilderland High School and Siena College. He is a financial analyst with the New York State Health Department.

Ms. Chafee is a graduate of Mount Markham High School and Siena College. She is the Huntington Disease Clinic coordinator at Albany Medical Center Hospital.

An April 2017 wedding is planned.
