Look at the evidence

To the Editor:

I read with interest the article titled “Kate Cohen says, to save the country, atheists should make themselves known”[The Altamont Enterprise, Oct. 5, 2023].

I can’t agree with the claims she made. But that discussion is not the purpose of this letter.

In this letter, I would like to encourage atheists, believers, people with doubts, believers with doubts, to look at the evidence.

I would like to recommend a book titled “Evidence That Demands a Verdict: Life-Changing Truth for a Skeptical World” by Josh McDowell and Sean McDowell.

I think it is of interest to note that Josh McDowell was an agnostic at college. He converted to Christianity after looking at the evidence.
