O’Keefe earns CFA designation

GUILDERLAND — Daniel J. O’Keefe of Guilderland, a financial advisor with NLG Wealth Management and Capital Financial Planning at 6 Tower Place in Guilderland, has become the newest Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

This designation represents three years of coursework and a qualifying exam. O’Keefe previously earned the Certified Financial Planner practitioner designation.

He is a native of Delmar who received his bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island.

O’Keefe, who joined the financial industry in 2010, has been with the firm since 2013.
