The bells will be ringing

To the Editor:

Once again, the love and support of so many caring people have made a difference in our lives, and in the community of Altamont!  Over $15,000 was raised to replace the carillon system at St. John’s Lutheran Church!

Heartfelt thanks to Troy and Linda Miller, the CM Fox family, Beth Hanley, and Kate Newbegin; this would not have come together without you. To our generous sponsors — CM Fox, Ken Romanski of CMA, Jack Collett, Collett Mechanical, The Lia Group, Remedies Wine and Liquor, The Guilderland Letterman, Scott’s Hallmark, and Drew Aiello — you all have been amazing!

And to all of our family, friends, and supporters, you are incredible and have been a huge part of our journey this past year.  It is overwhelming to experience your continued presence in our lives.  We will never be able to express our thanks and gratitude; it goes beyond any words.

Many have expressed their joy in knowing the “bells” will ring again!  For each of us, there may be a different meaning; however they may touch your heart, please know you have touched ours.

With much love and appreciation.
