With a slight change, there’s a nursery rhyme that describes what I see from the present Guilderland leadership.  

Eeny, “m”eeny, miny, moe,

Catch a property owner by the toe;

If he’s got dollars, let him go,

Eeny, “m”eeny, miny, moe
