Enjoy dinner while supporting vets

To the Editor:
It’s time for our fall Chicken and Biscuits Dinner, sponsored by the veterans and auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7062 in Altamont.

The dinner, on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 3 to 6 p.m., is drive-through only at the Boyd Hilton Post at 11 Mill St. in the village.

The cost is $14 per dinner and the menu includes chicken and biscuits, gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, cranberry sauce, and dessert.

We greatly appreciate the support for veterans.
