SCHOOL TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that I have received the tax list and warrant for the collection of school taxes in the Voorheesville Central School District.
I will receive all taxes for a period of 60 days beginning September 1, 2016 at the place listed below. During the 30 day period from September 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016inclusive, there will be no penalty charge for the collection of the tax.
From October 1, 2016 through October 31, 2016, in accordance with Section 2130 of the Education Law and Section 1328 of the Real Property Tax Law, penalty will be charged at a rate of 2%.
No collections will be accepted after October 31, 2016
Postmarks of October 31, 2016 will be accepted.

However, if you receive the tax bill and you have an escrow account, it is your obligation to contact your bank. The Guilderland Central School District is using a school tax billing and collection service administered by Capital Region BOCES. This service is only for residents of Bethlehem, Knox, and New Scotland. Tax payments may be paid by mail or in person. Note: Guilderland town residents will receive their school tax bills from the Town of Guilderland and should disregard the information below.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Berne will hold a public hearing pursuant to article 276 of the Town Law, on the Minor Subdivision of the lands owned by Walter and Marta Chomanczuk.
The parcel is located at 624 Sickle Hill Rd., in the Town of Berne, noted as Parcel Id. No. 101.00-1-7.3.
The applicant wishes to subdivide the current parcel of 29.75+/- acres into two lots, lot #1 consisting of 5.62+/- acres and lot #2 consisting of 24.13+/- acres.
