TOWN OF GUILDERLAND 
REQUEST TO BIDDERS - USED TYPE III AMBULANCE 
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the purchase of one (1) used type III ambulance.  The minimum requirements for purchase are listed below.  
o Type III ambulance style 
o 2014 or newer 
o Less than 107,000 miles on the vehicle 
o Diesel engine 
o Automatic Transmission 
o Exterior color must be white base can include blue  
o Box dimensions- 
 Length 167’, Width 96’, Height no more than 109’ 
Interior Box headroom 72” 
o Emergency lighting will be LED 
All emergency lighting must be NYS compliant for ambulances. 
o Functional backup camera 
o Graphics to be included in purchase price and will be approved prior to purchase 
 Graphics must closely match current fleet graphics, pictures available upon request.  
o Patient compartment floor must have Stryker floor plate installed for Stryker Power Load or Stryker  Performance Load.  
o Touch screen patient compartment controls, with control panel on both right and left side of the patient.  o Radio head included on both sides of the patient compartment for hospital report.  
o NYS DMV vehicle inspection 
Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. Thursday August 31st, 2023 at which time bids will be opened and  read aloud, at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, Route 20, McCormack’s Corners, Guilderland, New York. 
Bids shall be in duplicate, in sealed envelopes, which shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of  bidder, and the subject of bid. Certification of Non-Collusion and Waiver of Immunity Clause must be attached  to each bid. 
Detailed Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office. The Town Board reserves  the right to reject any or all bids.

Contractors are invited to submit a prime contract offer to the Owner located at the above address before  1pm on August 24, 2023 for the following project:  
PRIME CONTRACT BID PACKAGE 
Voorheesville Public Library – Vestibule and Window Improvements 
Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 1pm on August 24, 2023 at the Voorheesville Public  Library. 
Bidders must submit a bid form and inclusive attachments, enclosed in clearly labeled envelopes, for the contract for which a bid is submitted. 
This document invites contractors to bid on an Individual Prime Contract to complete the Vestibule and  Window Improvements for the existing Voorheesville Public Library. 
Bid Documents for the Stipulated Sum Contracts will be distributed as digital sets. Bidding Documents, Drawings  and Specifications may be viewed online free of charge beginning August 1, 2023 at www.revplans.biddyhq.com under “Public Projects’, or electronically downloaded for a non-refundable charge of one hundred dollars  ($100.00). Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications, on compact disc (CD) may be  obtained from Rev, 28 Church Street, Unit 7, Warwick, NY 10990 Tel: 1-877-272-0216 for an additional fee. 
The project is tax exempt and State prevailing wage rates will apply. 
Your firm will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less  than 10 percent of the Bid Price. Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Sum  will be required prior to executing the Construction Contract. Failure to submit the Bid Bond with the Bid is  cause for rejection. 
Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 00205 Instructions to Bidders. 
A pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be scheduled for 10:00am on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at the  Library’s entrance. 
Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form entirely. Bidders  may provide additional required information as appropriate. 
Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of forty-five (45)  calendar days after submission. 
The Owner expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted in response to this bid  solicitation.
