VFW hosts chicken barbecue

To the Editor:

The Boyd Hilton Veterans of Foreign Wars post is holding its Fourth Annual Chicken Barbecue on Friday, Sept. 19, from 3 p.m. until sold out.

Each dinner includes half of a barbecued chicken, baked potato, corn on the cob, cornbread, and a cookie.

The cost is $18 per dinner, drive-through only at 11 Mill St. in Altamont.
