Permissive Referendum Notice 
WHEREAS, pursuant to Town Law 176, the Fort Hunter Fire District, Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, State of New York has ordered a new apparatus to replace E-36 (pumper) and the new apparatus will be delvered shortly 
WHEREAS, the Fort Hunter Fire District has determined that the current E-36 is declared as surplus property and that the value of the Current E-36 is greater than $20,000 but less than $100,000 and that the sale of such apparatus is subject to a Permissive Referendum 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Fort Hunter Fire District will sell this apparatus subject to the passage of such referendum. 
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution sale is subject to a permissive referendum

Permissive Referendum Notice 
WHEREAS, pursuant to General Municipal Law 6-g, the Fort Hunter Fire District, Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, State of New York did establish the “Apparatus Reser Reserve Fund,” a Capital Reserve Fund to finance the cost of acquisition of fire fighting vehicles for the Fort Hunter Fire District. 
WHEREAS, the Fort Hunter Fire District has selected a piggyback quote for the purchase of a new Fire District Vehicle and the related cost needed to equip and prepare the vehicle for service to the Fort Hunter Fire District 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Fort Hunter Fire District is hereby authorized to expend up to from the Apparatus Reserve Fund an amount not to exceed $70,000.00 for the purchase a new District Vehicle, and 
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution and this expenditure is subject to a permissive referendum

TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville  on September 8, 2022 at 6:45p.m. at Rensselaerville Town Hall, located at 87 Barger Road, Medusa, New York 12120, for the purpose of considering the adoption of Local Law No. 3 of 2022.  If adopted, Local Law No. 3 of 2022 would extend the residency requirements for the appointed offices of the Deputy Town Clerk as well as for all appointed officials within the Town of Rensselaerville. Written comments on proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2022 can be submitted to the Town Clerk up and through the time of the public hearing.
