Pursuant to section 300.573 (b) of 34 CFR of the Federal Regulations 20, the Voorheesville Central School District is destroying all records of students who received special education services with birth year of 1992.  Students with birth dates in 1992 who wish to obtain their records from the VCS District, must contact Deborah Baron prior to August 30, 2020 at the District Office – 765-3313, ext. 103.  Records not claimed by this date will be removed and destroyed in compliance with The Records Retention and Disposition Schedule ED-1 of the State Education Department.

Buchanan, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes of the Town of Guilderland, County of Albany and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Guilderland for the 2020-2021 school fiscal year, and have fixed the following dates for receiving taxes:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Knox Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday September 10, 2020 at 7:00 PM at which time all persons interested will be heard. The hearing will be held for a proposed minor subdivision on 64 Witter Road. The proposed minor subdivision involves the subdivision of a 21 acre lot into 3 separate lots of 15 acres, 3 acres and 3 acres.
