NOTICE TO BIDDERS: The Albany County Soil & Water Conservation District is currently accepting sealed bids on a 2001 Ford F150 approximately 91,500 miles. Sells as is. The bid along with the bidders contact information should be in a sealed envelope marked “Truck Bid” and received by 4:30 pm on September 15, 2017. Sealed bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 pm on September 19, 2017 at the District office, 24 Martin Road, Voorheesville, NY 12186. Truck may be seen by appointment at the District Office. Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing has been scheduled for September 5, 2017 at 7:45 PM at the Guilderland Town Hall, Rte. 20, Guilderland, NY to consider the adoption of a local law which amends the Mill Hill Planned Unit Development at Route 155 and Mill Hill Court by changing Phase IV from an approved 160 bed nursing home care facility to a proposed 92 unit senior independent living facility.
