LEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville has introduced proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2021, a local law establishing procedures for a Snow Emergency.  
The Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed law on September 9, 2021 at 6:15 pm at the Town of Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY, at which time and place all those wishing to comment will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard.  Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office or at such hearing. The regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting will commence immediately following the Public Hearing.

The Town of Berne is requesting proposals from Licensed Well Drillers for the construction of three (3) new groundwater wells at Town facilities in the Town of Berne. Proposal will be received by the Town of Berne until 2:00 p.m., September 15, 2021 at the Town of Berne Town Hall located at 1656 Helderberg Trail, Berne, NY 12023. 
 Proposals shall include all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to drill new groundwater wells at the Town Transfer station (1811 Helderberg Trail), Town Highway Garage (1811 Helderberg Trail) and Town Library (1763 Helderberg Trail).
