LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on September 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY on a proposed Minor Subdivision for Carmela Calcagni and Mario Simone, Arnold Rd., Rensselaerville, NY (Tax Map 181.-2-62). The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 66.9 acre lot into one 15.4 acre lot and one 51.5 acre lot.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.  Documents in support of this proposal are available for inspection at the Rensselaerville Town Hall.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board or at such hearing.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rensselaerville Town Board will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code and 26 CFR 1.147(f)-1 with regard to the Town Board’s approval of a proposed tax-exempt Note to be incurred by the Rensselaerville Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.in a principal amount estimated not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to finance the acquisition of a 2009 E-One Cyclone Quest Custom Pumper Fire Truck. The Hearing will be held on August 25, 2022 at 6:55pm at the Town of Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY, at which time and place all those wishing to comment will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office or at such hearing.

TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville  on August 25, 2022 at 6:45p.m. at Rensselaerville Town Hall, located at 87 Barger Road, Medusa, New York 12120, for the purpose of considering the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2022.  If adopted, Local Law No. 2 of 2022 would regulate shipping containers, truck beds and PODs within the Town of Rensselaerville. Written comments on proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2022 can be submitted to the Town Clerk up and through the time of the public hearing. A copy of proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2022 can be obtained at the Rensselaerville Town Hall and on the Town’s website.
