Request for Special Use Permit submitted by National Grid to establish a marshalling yard at 1353 Feura Bush Road, tax id #107.-1-29. The parcel is owned by Flach Industries, Inc. and contains 34.38 acres in the Industrial zone. The proposed marshalling yard will use approximately 2.75 acres of the parcel for transmission line upgrade projects. The use is permitted in zone with a special use permit per Article II Section 190-18 of the Town’s Zoning Code.
