NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Town of Westerlo Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a Public Hearing on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 7 PM for the Marcello application. Mr. Marcello is requesting a 30 ft. relief from the required 50 ft. setback located at 478 Maple Ave Ext. The Public Hearing is an in person meeting. GUILDERLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT SCHOOL COLLECTOR’S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that I, John Rizzo, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes, of the Guilderland Central School District for the Town of Bethlehem, Town of Knox and the Town of New Scotland, have received the tax rolls and warrant for the collection of school taxes.
I will receive all Guilderland Central School taxes for the Towns of Bethlehem, Knox and New Scotland beginning September 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022 with no penalty charge for the collection of the tax.
From October 1, 2022 through October 31, 2022 in accordance with Section 2130 of the Education Law and Section 1328 of the Real Property Tax Law, a penalty will be charged at a rate of 2% for the month of October.
The tax roll and all unpaid taxes will be turned over to Albany County on November 1, 2022 thereafter, the additional fee will be 5% plus interest.
Must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2022.
